Our vocation is to assist investors or/and company top management in making the right strategic choices during key steps of their business development.

THE COMPANY

PRESENTATION

Since 2007, Inteva Consulting has specialized in strategic consulting for SMEs and mid-caps.

We support the company’s board or stakeholders in their reflection and strategic decision-making, during the key stages or situations encountered by their activities :

In the creation, acquisition or disinvesting stage.

In the growth stage,

accelerate growth and/ or improve profitability

position in new markets (diversification internationalization, launch of new offerings, etc.).

OUR ASSETS

InteVa Consulting has its headquarters in Neuilly sur Seine (92), and an office in Rennes (35).

It has developed a network of partners in France and abroad to offer additional adapted resources, which can be used in the context of some missions.

Essential for informing us about the markets, InteVa consulting also has monitoring and information tools: it now has access to international databases, including financial analyses of companies, sector studies, economic studies, press reviews, merger/acquisition reports, broker reports, annual reports of companies, etc. directories of academic journals…

FOUNDATION

Hélène Florant, its founder, is an Master of Science graduate from ENSAR (French High School of Agronomy), an Executive MBA graduate from HEC in Paris. Since 2021 she has been accredited as an Expert Advisor by Bpifrance.

Helen has been always involved and concerned by strategic issues. She decided to share her experience and knowledge with SME’s and MID CAP companies.

She brings :

13 years experience as International Sales and Marketing Director, working for US and French market leaders, covering wide geographical areas not only in Europe (E.U, Central and Eastern Europe but also in the Americas (Central, North and South America) as well as in Asia-Pacific (Japan, Australia and South Eastern Asia).

10 years experience as member of executive and/or steering committees, having managed 8 subsidiaries located abroad, assisting them in defining and implementing their sales and marketing strategy.

She participated in different merger and acquisition operations with industrial and financial partners.

OUR COMMITMENTS

After a first meeting (or meetings) designed to fully understand the client’s issues, we submit a concrete business proposal.
This proposal outlines the suggested approach to deal with the company’s concern. It includes a comprehensive account of the analytical work to be carried out as well as a list of the deliverables. A detailed planning is appended, itemising the various work phases, their completion dates, people involved in the process and the related costs.
Once the proposal is agreed upon, a formal contract of cooperation is drafted and submitted to the client.
We commit to ensure the strict confidentiality of all data communicated by the client before, during and after completion of the project. The same confidentiality rules apply to the conclusions and recommendations of the project.
The names of our customers and the nature of the consultancy work provided cannot be released during the course of the projects. The identity of clients will only be used for reference purposes with their formal approval and after completion of projects.
